NAD+ Protocol

An Educational Overview of Cellular Energy, Recovery, and Healthy Aging Support

The NAD+ protocol is designed to support cellular energy production, mental clarity, and overall wellness.

It focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to produce energy at the cellular level and maintain healthy cell function.

This protocol overview is provided for educational purposes only and should not replace guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.

Understanding Cellular Energy and NAD+

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a molecule naturally found in the body that plays a key role in energy production and cellular repair.

It helps cells convert nutrients into energy and supports processes involved in maintaining healthy cells.

The primary component of this protocol is:

• NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)

Purpose of the Protocol

This protocol is designed to support:

• Increased cellular energy production
• Improved mental clarity and focus
• Support for healthy aging and cell repair
• Improved metabolism and overall wellness
• Better recovery from physical and mental stress

Who This Protocol May Be For

This protocol may be appropriate for individuals who:

• Experience low energy or fatigue
• Want improved focus and brain function
• Want to support healthy aging
• Are looking to improve overall wellness
• Experience high stress or demanding lifestyles

Individuals with medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any protocol.

Who Should NOT Use This Protocol

This protocol may not be appropriate for individuals who:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have uncontrolled medical conditions
• Are undergoing medical treatment without supervision
• Have sensitivities to NAD+ or related compounds

Individuals who are unsure should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Recommended Starting Health Checks

• Energy levels throughout the day
• Mental clarity and focus
• Sleep quality
• Stress levels

Treatment Plan Overview

Route: Subcutaneous (under the skin)
Areas: Abdomen or thigh
Frequency: Several times per week
Timing: Morning or early afternoon
Duration: 4–8 weeks

Starting Phase

To allow the body time to adjust, begin with a low dose and increase gradually if needed.

Week 1–2:

• Start with 35 units (100–150mg depending on mix)
• Monitor energy, focus, and tolerance

Week 3–4:

• Continue 35 units if effective
• If needed → increase to 40–50 units (150–250mg)

Week 5–8:

• Continue based on response
• Adjust frequency depending on energy and recovery needs

Dosing & Mixing Guide

Step 1: Mixing

• Add 5 mL of BAC water into the vial
• Inject air into the vial before mixing to equalize pressure
• Let the powder fully dissolve (do not shake hard)

Step 2: Understanding Your Syringe

Use a U-100 insulin syringe (used for precise unit measurement).
The syringe is measured in units, not mg.

You will draw to a number on the syringe (example: 35–50 units).
These units equal your dose based on how the vial was mixed.

Step 3: How Much to Draw

• 35 units  (100–150mg)
• 40–50 units (150–250mg)

If unsure, do not guess. Always double check before injecting.

Injection Guidelines

• Inject under the skin (subcutaneous)
• Best areas: abdomen or thigh
• Use a small insulin syringe (29–31 gauge)
• Clean the injection site before use
• Rotate injection sites each time
• Many individuals prefer earlier dosing due to energy effects

Reconstitution Summary:

BAC Water: 2–3 mL 5-10 mL (higher dilution required)
Syringe: U-100 insulin syringe (for precise unit measurement)
Storage: Keep refrigerated after reconstitution
Travel: If reconstituted, use a cooler or ice pack to keep cold

Progress Monitoring

Baseline (Before Starting):

• Energy levels
• Mental clarity
• Sleep quality

Week 2

• Evaluate energy improvements
• Assess mental clarity

Week 4

• Review overall wellness
• Assess productivity and focus

Week 8

• Final evaluation of energy and recovery
• Review overall vitality

Safety and Adjustments

• Flushing or warmth → adjust timing or dose
• Injection irritation → rotate sites
• Fatigue → ensure hydration and nutrition
