GLPR-3 Protocol
An Educational Overview of Triple Metabolic Pathway Support
The GLPR-3 protocol is designed to support healthy metabolism, appetite control, and body composition through the activation of key hormone pathways involved in energy regulation.
These pathways influence how the body manages hunger, blood sugar, and fat metabolism.
This protocol overview is provided for educational purposes only and should not replace guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.
Understanding the Three Metabolic Pathways
The GLPR-3 protocol focuses on three important hormone signaling pathways in the body that help regulate metabolism.
These pathways are naturally activated after eating and help determine how the body processes energy.
The three primary pathways are:
• GLP-1 (Appetite control and fullness)
• GIP (Nutrient processing and insulin response)
• Glucagon (Energy use and fat metabolism)
Together, these help regulate hunger, blood sugar, and how the body uses energy.
Purpose of the GLPR-3 Protocol
This protocol is designed to support:
• Healthy weight loss
• Better appetite control
• Improved blood sugar regulation
• Fat loss and metabolic health
• Preservation of lean muscle
These outcomes are best supported when combined with proper nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Who This May Be For
This protocol may be appropriate for individuals who:
• Are generally healthy adults
• Want support with weight loss or appetite control
• Experience frequent hunger or cravings
• Want to improve metabolic health
Consult a healthcare professional before beginning.
Who Should NOT Use This Protocol
This protocol may not be appropriate for individuals who:
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have a history of severe gastrointestinal issues
• Have pancreatitis or a history of pancreatic conditions
• Have uncontrolled blood sugar disorders
• Have a history of thyroid tumors or endocrine-related cancers
• Are currently taking medications that affect blood sugar without medical supervision
• Have any serious or unmanaged medical conditions
Individuals who are unsure should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Recommended Starting Health Checks
Before beginning the protocol, it is recommended to establish baseline health markers to help track progress.
Suggested baseline measurements include:
• Fasting blood glucose
• HbA1c (average blood sugar levels over time)
• Cholesterol and lipid panel
• Comprehensive metabolic panel
• Body weight and waist measurement
• Body composition
Treatment Plan Overview
Route: Subcutaneous (under the skin)
Areas: Abdomen or thigh
Frequency: Once weekly (after Week 1)
Timing: Same day each week
Duration: 12–16 weeks
Starting Phase
To allow the body time to adjust, begin with a low dose and increase gradually if needed.
Week 1:
• Start with 1mg
• Wait 48 hours
• If still hungry → take another 1mg
• After another 24 hours (if needed) → take another 1mg
Week 2:
• Take your total Week 1 dose in ONE injection
• If hunger returns → 1mg as needed
Dosing & Mixing Guide
Step 1: Mixing
• Add 2–3 mL of BAC water into the vial
• Let the powder fully dissolve (do not shake hard)
Step 2: Understanding Your Syringe
Use a U-100 insulin syringe (used for precise unit measurement).
The syringe is measured in units, not mg.
You will draw to a number on the syringe (example: 10 units).
These units equal your dose based on how the vial was mixed.
Step 3: How Much to Draw
• 10mg vial → 25 units = 1mg
• 20mg vial → 15 units = 1mg
• 30mg vial → 10 units = 1mg
• 50mg vial → 12 units = 2mg
• 60mg vial → 10 units = 2mg
If unsure, do not guess. Always double check before injecting.
Injection Guidelines
Proper injection technique helps maintain consistency and reduce irritation.
• Inject under the skin (subcutaneous)
• Best areas: abdomen or upper thigh
• Use a small insulin syringe (29–31 gauge)
• Clean the injection site before use
• Rotate injection sites each time
• Administer on the same day each week
Reconstitution Summary:
BAC Water: 2–3 mL
Syringe: U-100 insulin syringe (for precise unit measurement)
Storage: Keep refrigerated after reconstitution
Travel: If reconstituted, use a cooler or ice pack to keep cold
Progress Monitoring
Baseline (Before Starting):
• Weight
• Waist measurement
• Body composition
• Blood work (if available)
Week 4
• Review appetite changes
• Monitor any side effects
• Assess weight changes
Week 8
• Evaluate fat loss progress
• Review energy levels
Week 12
• Full progress evaluation
• Body composition reassessment
Additional Metrics to Track
• Appetite levels
• Energy throughout the day
• Sleep quality
• Exercise performance
